The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of two hotels, is looking for a
Food & Beverage Intern
to learn and grow with our extraordinary team

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai's Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai's world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay includes 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

Your main responsibility as a F&B Attendant is to greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve food and drinks. Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

You should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. At all times you must be representative of the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn service standards. To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.

What We Need From You
Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and difficult situations with patience and empathy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages a plus.
• Candidate should be available locally in UAE and ready to join immediately.
