Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Homes Consultant based in Abu Dhabi. The Luxury Homes Consultant will be responsible for managing high-value real estate transactions, engaging with high-net-worth clients, providing expert property recommendations, and conducting property tours. Additionally, the consultant will develop and maintain client relationships, prospect new business opportunities, and ensure seamless, efficient processes for clients looking to buy or lease luxury properties.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in property brokerage, sales, and leasing, with a focus on high-value and luxury properties
  • Strong skills in client communication, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Familiarity with property appraisal, market analysis, and real estate marketing techniques
  • Experience and expertise in investment advisory and property management
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
