About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly driven Luxury Property Consultant to join our elite sales team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in high‑end real estate, understand the expectations of luxury clientele, and can deliver exceptional service in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of luxury properties across Abu Dhabi
- Build strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and investors
- Conduct property presentations, private viewings, and investment consultations
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and premium developments
- Negotiate and close high‑value transactions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
- Collaborate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, and client interactions
- Stay updated on new luxury projects, market shifts, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of the luxury property market, investment trends, and client expectations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage
