**Position: Front Desk Sales Executive at Iconic Training Institute-Dubai**

Iconic Training Institute Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Front Desk Sales Executive to join our team. As a Front Desk Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote our educational programs and services to individuals and businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- To meet and greet walk-in customers and students, brief them on offered courses.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers through effective sales techniques.
- Present and promote our educational offerings, highlighting their benefits to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strong follow-up and high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and implement targeted campaigns.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Iconic Training Institute through consistent achievement of sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a front desk sales role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage and influence potential customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to track progress and manage customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Hamriyah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
