As we expand in the UAE, we are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead local market growth, brand awareness, and demand generation.

Role Overview

The Marketing
Marketing Specialist
will own Moyasar's marketing strategy and execution in the UAE. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution
, focusing on demand generation, partnerships, brand building, and go-to-market campaigns targeted at SMEs and mid-market businesses.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Regional Leadership to drive qualified leads, improve conversion, and strengthen Moyasar's position in the UAE fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the UAE marketing strategy aligned with regional and company growth goals.
  • Define positioning and messaging tailored to UAE SMEs, startups, and digital businesses.
  • Own the marketing calendar, budgets, and performance targets for the UAE market.

Demand Generation & Growth

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships).
  • Drive qualified inbound leads to support SME and mid-market sales targets.
  • Optimize acquisition funnels across paid media, SEO, content, and partnerships.

Brand & Market Presence

  • Strengthen Moyasar's brand visibility in the UAE fintech and startup ecosystem.
  • Manage PR, local media opportunities, and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborate on thought leadership, case studies, and customer success stories.

Content & Communications

  • Oversee localized content including landing pages, blog posts, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and compliance with fintech regulations.
  • Work with design and external agencies as needed.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline needs.
  • Work with Product teams to support launches and feature adoption.
  • Monitor performance dashboards and present insights to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  • Proven experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and SME landscape.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure products.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
