Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous, creative, and highly organized
Visual Merchandiser
to manage our Dubai Merchandising Showroom. This role is the central hub for product displays, sample management, inventory upkeep, and showroom presentation for internal teams and international buyers.

The Visual Merchandiser will ensure that the showroom always stays "brand-perfect" — inspiring, structured, updated, and aligned with global VM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Presentation & Visual Merchandising


• Maintain the showroom as a premium, brand-aligned space at all times


• Plan and execute seasonal displays for apparel, footwear, bags, fragrances, accessories, and special collections


• Create visual stories and product groupings aligned with brand guidelines


• Ensure clean, organized, and aesthetically consistent layouts


• Prepare the showroom for internal reviews, partner visits, buyer meetings, and category presentations

Inventory & Sample Management


• Maintain complete inventory of all samples and display pieces


• Track inward/outward movement of samples across categories


• Ensure products are properly labelled, tagged, and catalogued


• Work closely with planning teams to ensure all samples for each season are received, checked, and recorded


• Manage sample return cycles to factories or category teams

Display Execution & Standards


• Implement VM guidelines for each category as per global standards


• Manage mannequins, fixtures, props, hangers, and layout resets


• Co-ordinate with category heads for display themes, storyboards, and product positioning


• Ensure damaged samples are removed, replaced, or repaired in a timely manner

Co-ordination & Support


• Support photoshoots, content teams, and catalog creation by arranging products


• Assist categories during buyer meetings with product preparation and layout


• Collaborate with marketing for in-showroom branding updates


• Maintain vendor contacts for props, printing, fixtures, and repairs

Operational & Administrative Tasks


• Maintain a digital catalogue of every sample in the showroom


• Create weekly reports on showroom readiness, sample status, and inventory health


• Oversee cleanliness and housekeeping of the space


• Manage small VM budgets for props, lighting upgrades, and maintenance

Desired Profile


• 3–6 years experience in Visual Merchandising (retail, fashion, lifestyle, or showroom environments)


• Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and brand presentation


• Excellent organizational and inventory-management skills


• Ability to multitask across multiple categories and stakeholders


• Comfortable handling high volumes of samples and fast-paced resets


• Proficient in basic software tools (Excel, VM documentation, sample trackers)


• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and unflappable under pressure
