LETOILE GCC is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of visual concepts for shop windows, sales areas, and in-store displays
  • Seasonal visual merchandising aligned with promotions, sales periods, and new collection launches
  • Use of lighting, color, and décor to create an engaging and immersive in-store atmosphere
  • Creation of planograms and product display guidelines (zoning, shelving, hanging)
  • Strategic product placement based on customer behavior and buying psychology to drive impulse purchases
  • Maintaining display relevance and visual appeal through regular product rotation
  • Monitoring compliance with corporate visual merchandising standards across all stores
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of visual displays and optimizing where needed
  • Adapting global visual concepts to fit the specifics and layout of individual stores
  • Training retail teams on visual merchandising principles and product presentation standards
  • Close collaboration with buying and marketing teams to ensure consistent visual execution
  • Preparing stores for special events, activations, and marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Personal vehicle
  • English language proficiency
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser
  • Retail experience
