Admin and Inspection Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin and Inspection Officer to support administrative operations and conduct regular inspections of properties or facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, compliance with company standards, and timely reporting of inspection findings.
Location:
Abu Dhabi - MBZ
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties/facilities and document findings
- Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and follow-up action items
- Coordinate inspections with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate administrative records and organized filing systems
- Assist with correspondence, scheduling, and general office coordination
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
- Assist tenants by arranging and conducting viewings of available spaces
- Collect rent and related payments in coordination with the finance department
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, inspections, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be fluent in Hindi & English (spoken)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work on flexible working hours
Preferred Skills:
- Background in property management or facilities management
- Basic knowledge of maintenance or building standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
