Job Summary
The Admin & Finance Officer will manage general administrative duties, financial transactions, and reporting functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Manage office operations and general administrative support
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondences
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Assist with HR-related tasks (onboarding, file management)
Finance Duties
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile accounts and support monthly closing
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
1+ years of experience in administrative and finance roles
Strong MS Excel, ZOHO and accounting software skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Detail-oriented with high integrity.
