Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Social Media Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for supporting clients' social media presence across platforms, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.) for multiple clients.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support the team with creative ideas, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of social media experience, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
