We are hiring SITE ENGINEER & Site supervisor with UAE experience in the Interior Fit-outs jobs

Site Engineer Job Responsibilities:

  • Project management and supervision skills Responsible for setting out sites and organizing facilities for smooth execution of site work.
  • Responsible for checking technical designs and drawings. Risk Assessment and method of statement
  • Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales and must see to it that health and safety policies are adhered to.
  • Responsible for liaising with clients, subcontractors and overall project management. Must Supervise onsite technical staff.

Providing technical advice and solving problems on site Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork Liaising with vendors about the materials and negotiating the price of materials Strong communication and interpersonal skills Should be able to read software's such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.

We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor with 4-6 years of Experience

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Managing and overseeing site works Undertaking surveys.
  • Checking technical design and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly prior to submissions
  • Review and comment on the document submittals, inspection requests and technical queries Supervising staff on site
  • Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications and deadlines
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially Quantity Surveyors and overall Project Manager
  • Coordinate with site team and participate in site inspections
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork Liaising with Quantity Surveyors about the ordering of materials Inspection of on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project.

Uae Driving License (Preffered)

Experience:Total Experience 2 – 4 Years in UAE

Must have experience in Interior Fit out

Education:Bachelor or master's degree in civil engineering
