We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Center Manager to lead our team, ensure full compliance with MOH regulations, and strengthen our market presence.

Position Overview:

The Medical Center Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring that all departments run efficiently, regulatory standards are met, and business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MOH compliance, medical center administration, and marketing & business development. A medical background (preferably a doctor) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations of the medical center.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the center's visibility and attract new patients.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise medical and administrative staff to maintain high standards of care and service.
  • Coordinate with doctors and departments to ensure efficient workflows and patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to support growth and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (medical degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a healthcare facility or medical center in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of MOH regulations and healthcare compliance.
  • Proven experience in marketing and business development for medical centers.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred:

  • Licensed medical professional (Doctor) with management experience.
  • Experience in managing aesthetic and dermatology departments.
