Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Medical Receptionist based in Sharjah. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, handling appointment scheduling, managing communication through phone and email, and maintaining organized medical office operations. Tasks include verifying patient information, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring smooth office workflow while providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and familiarity with managing patient schedules effectively
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and customer interaction to address patient inquiries professionally
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing day-to-day front desk operations
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and practices used in healthcare settings
  • Understanding of Medical Office procedures, including handling records and administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment or similar administrative role is an advantage
