To lead and manage the Human Resources and Administration function, supporting organizational objectives through effective workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and compliance with UAE government HR frameworks.

Human Resources

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and government regulations.
  • Oversee performance management systems and drive continuous improvement in employee productivity and capability.
  • Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on human capital and organizational development matters.
  • Liaise with government entities and external stakeholders on HR-related initiatives and requirements.
  • Lead and develop the HR and administration team to ensure high performance and service quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Progressive HR experience, preferably within government or semi-government entities.
  • Strong background in performance management, training & development, and HR policy implementation.
  • Proven experience in managing HR teams and working with senior stakeholders.
