STUDIO BETTER is seeking a visionary
Art Director
to shape the visual identity of global luxury brands across fashion, beauty, jewelry, and hospitality.

In this role, you will lead the creative journey from initial concept to final execution. You'll be responsible for crafting high-end brand identities, architecting campaign narratives, and providing hands-on direction for cinematic shoots and editorial stills. We are looking for a portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of luxury, a sharp eye for films, and the ability to translate abstract emotions into iconic imagery.

The Role

  • Lead Creative:
    Drive the aesthetic direction for 360° campaigns and brand evolutions.
  • On-Set Direction:
    Oversee shoot direction, ensuring every frame aligns with our high-end standards.
  • Multidisciplinary:
    Seamlessly navigate brand identity, campaign ideation, and digital storytelling.
  • Collaborative:
    Work closely with our strategists, copywriters, and post-production teams to ensure visual consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience:
    A strong background in art direction and the luxury sector is essential.
  • Aesthetic Precision:
    A deep understanding of luxury codes and contemporary visual trends.
  • Leadership:
    Ability to mentor junior creatives and present visionary ideas to high-level clients.
