We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Junior Art Director - UAE National to join our Creative & Editorial team at Ounass. If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we'd love to hear from you

As a Junior Art Director you will support our Art Directors- Fashion and Beauty in the development of visual concepts and fashion shoots. You'll gain hands-on experience in researching visual trends, creating moodboards, and contributing to the development of fashion imagery across digital platforms.

What you'll be doing?

  • Create moodboards and concept decks for internal presentations and campaign planning
  • Support the ideation process for upcoming shoots and campaigns
  • Assist the Art Directors and production team with prep for shoots (e.g. organizing references, helping with styling setup)
  • Attend and observe editorial and brand shoots to gain insight into the direction process
  • Assist in reviewing selects and retouch notes with the editorial and design team
    Contribute to creative roll-outs by preparing basic layouts or visual guidelines using tools like Adobe InDesign or Canva Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with junior editors, stylists, and content creators to align visuals across the website, app, and social media platforms

What We Look For:

  • Recently graduated in Fashion, Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related creative field
  • A strong eye for visuals, fashion, and storytelling Familiar with creating moodboards and using creative tools (Pinterest, Adobe Suite, Canva)
  • Passionate about luxury fashion and up to date with global and regional trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • A portfolio or personal project that demonstrates visual storytelling or trend research
