About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Incident Managed Service Coordinator
to join our team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for managing incidents, ensuring smooth communication between clients and technical teams, and driving timely resolution of service tickets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor incident tickets using
    ServiceNow and other communication channels
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams
  • Ensure incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed SLAs
  • Provide clear, timely updates to clients on ticket progress and resolution status
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prioritize and escalate incidents when necessary
  • Prepare incident reports and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    incident management
    or service coordination roles
  • Hands-on experience with
    ServiceNow
    (or similar ITSM tools)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
