**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Pediatric Nurse to care for our 1-month-old newborn. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care, monitoring the baby's health and development, and assisting with daily care routines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct routine health assessments and monitor vital signs.

  • Provide education and support to parents on infant care and development.

  • Administer medications as directed.

  • Develop care plans tailored to the newborn's specific needs.

  • Feed, burp, and change diapers for the newborn.

  • Establish and maintain healthy sleep routines, including putting the baby to sleep.

  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation.

**Qualifications:**

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.

  • Experience in pediatric nursing, particularly with infants.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a family-centered care team.
