Coordinate patient care needs with different disciplines, ensuring collaborative relationships and effective teamwork. Manage human, financial, and other resources, while fostering professional development for oneself and subordinates. Participate in strategic planning and foster interdisciplinary and collaborative relationships within the team. Enforce Joint Commission International (JCI) requirements, including but not limited to International Patient Safety Goals and national and international standards. Assist nursing staff in developing clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills through case consultations, clinical demonstrations, case reviews, and bedside rounds. Act as a role model for nursing practice standards and philosophy. Professional Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of nursing experience in Pediatrics Nursing. Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience in Pediatrics Nursing. Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA). Strong leadership and management skills. Skills and Qualifications: Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
