HR Executive

The Human Resources (HR) at STARS Center for children with special needs will be responsible for managing all HR functions while ensuring the safety and well-being of both staff and beneficiaries. This position involves strategic HR management, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and the integration of safety protocols and best practices within the organization. The HR Manager will be expected to maintain HR systems, manage recruitment and staff development, and coordinate with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a school or healthcare setting.
- Must be Bilingual Speaker ( Both Arabic & English)
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and other HR management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
