  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Set sales targets and monitor team and individual performance against KPIs
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
  • Establish strong client relationships to ensure long-term business retention and AMC conversions
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide performance reports to management
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve service positioning and delivery
  • Implement performance tracking systems to measure productivity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and business growth

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in FM / Cleaning / MEP sales

Strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge

Proven revenue generation track record

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Valid UAE Driving License
