We are looking for a passionate and well-connected Head of Fundraising / Senior Fundraising Manager to join our core team.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for the Head of Fundraising at The role involves leading and executing fundraising initiatives, cultivating relationships with major donors, and identifying potential funding opportunities. The individual will develop and implement fundraising strategies, collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, and lead efforts to meet organizational funding goals. Regular outreach to philanthropic organizations and management of donor engagement activities are integral aspects of this position.

What You'll Own

Lead full fundraising for Seed / Pre-Series A

Build and manage investor relationships (angels, VCs, global funds)

Create pitch decks, models, investment memos

Drive investor meetings, follow-ups, and due diligence

Work directly with the founder on capital strategy

Represent at events, pitch days, and investor forums

What We're Looking For

4–10 years in fundraising, VC, IB, or startup advisory

Strong investor network (India or global) is a BIG plus

Successful track record raising early-stage capital

Deep understanding of AI/SaaS business models

Excellent communication + storytelling skills

High ownership mindset — you build from 0→1


Compensation

Equity Only (No fixed salary until funding).

Core team-level equity for the right candidate.
