Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an
Event Coordinator Cum B2B Sales Head
. The responsibilities include planning and managing events, developing and nurturing B2B client relationships, and overseeing sales strategies to drive business growth. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution, maintaining high standards of customer service, and identifying opportunities for expanding Bake Al Arab's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to ensure smooth execution of diverse events
  • Minimum 3 Year experience in F&B Sector is Mandatory
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver exceptional experiences
  • Proven expertise in Sales with the ability to develop and execute strategies for B2B growth
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities to manage overlapping tasks and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the confectionery or F&B industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • Flexible and proactive approach to challenges and client needs
