Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Consultant, located in Dubai. The real estate consultant will provide strategic guidance and advisory support to the company and its clients on organizational development, acquisitions, mergers, restructuring, and operational optimization. The consultant will play a vital role in shaping the company's growth strategies while ensuring compliance with UAE's economic, banking, and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage corporate projects related to acquisitions, mergers, branch establishment, and company winding-up processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential business transactions.
• Develop and implement business improvement strategies that align with client objectives and market conditions.
• Advise on bankruptcy regulations and assist clients in navigating insolvency and liquidation procedures under UAE law.
• Provide guidance on corporate structuring, licensing, and compliance with UAE federal and Dubai Economy (DED) regulations.
• Liaise with legal, financial, and government authorities regarding company registration, modifications, and closures.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, Dubai Economy structures, Ministry of Labour protocols, and customs procedures.
• Evaluate internal processes and recommend performance improvement measures to enhance profitability and sustainability.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations for executive management and clients.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory updates affecting corporate governance and operational planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in management or business consulting.
• Additional qualifications such as an MBA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
• Auditing experience is an advantage, demonstrating analytical rigor and attention to compliance.
• In-depth understanding of UAE and GCC business regulations, including company law, bankruptcy, and liquidation processes.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, Dubai economy structure, Ministry of Labour protocols, and customs procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional language preferred, specifically Arabic).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain professional relationships with clients and regulators.
• High integrity, strategic mindset, and commitment to confidentiality.
