Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Aid, located in Dubai. The role involves providing administrative assistance, handling client inquiries, organizing files, and supporting consultancy operations. The Student Aid will work closely with the consulting team to ensure smooth business processes and assist clients throughout their business setup process.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and file management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in data entry, document preparation, and general workplace software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with business consultancy processes or experience in a client-focused role is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
