Delivery Manager

Overview
As a Delivery Manager at Inception, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful delivery of AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Reporting to the Director - Technical Delivery, you will manage project teams, drive project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The opportunity
The Delivery Manager is a position focused on managing the delivery of AI projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, implementing best practices, and ensuring the successful execution of AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, project management, and a proven ability to deliver complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Inception is the UAE's national-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with top universities and industry giants to drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region.

Responsibilities
As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of AI projects to achieve the company's strategic goals. Your role will encompass a range of activities focused on project management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and manage Technical Delivery teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement Technical Delivery plans that align with the company's business objectives and technological goals.
• Ensure that delivery activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement best practices for project management, including agile methodologies and tools.
• Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align Technical Delivery activities with business goals.
• Ensure effective collaboration between Technical Delivery teams and other functional areas of the organization.
• Ensure that AI projects meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI projects and teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
