Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives aligned with an annual marketing calendar and overall brand strategy
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on impact, insights, and customer feedback
* Develop regional brand campaigns in collaboration with content teams and ensure effective local execution
* Build and manage strong relationships with brand principals on marketing strategy and plans
* Measure and improve return on investment across marketing initiatives

Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Marketing Management or an equivalent discipline
* 4 to 6 years of experience in a marketing role
* Working knowledge of public relations, events, media, digital, and social media marketing
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions
* Fluency in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
