Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Zoho Developer & IT Support Engineer role based in Dubai. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Zoho applications and software integrations. Other responsibilities include providing technical IT support, managing IT systems, ensuring cybersecurity protocols, and troubleshooting issues to maintain system efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and ensure alignment with project goals is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Software Development, including expertise in Zoho application development and Programming.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology systems and processes, alongside experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to implement and uphold security measures.
  • Experience with Databases, including management, querying, and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a requirement.
  • Experience with IT in the construction or engineering sectors is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Zoho / Application Development
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications including Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho modules.
  • Write and maintain Deluge scripts and workflow automations.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs and webhooks.
  • Support ERP-related enhancements and ongoing system improvements.
  • Develop and manage Wordpress website updates, plugins, security, and backups.
  • Implement and optimize SEO best practices (on-page SEO, performance, structure).
  • IT Systems & Support
  • Manage end-user onboarding by administering user accounts, access controls, and security policies.
  • Provide Level 1 hardware and software support (Windows OS, applications, peripherals).
  • Diagnose and resolve basic network, system, and application issues.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and system configurations.
