We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Zoho Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in capturing requirements, conducting business analysis, and overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of Zoho CRM updates and improvements. The candidate will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Zoho CRM and its suite of applications, working closely with the management team and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of changes and enhancements while maintaining daily responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesCapture and analyse business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct as‑is assessments and develop future state designs for the CRM system. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions. Develop, test, and implement Zoho CRM and application updates. Ensure seamless integration and performance of new features and improvements. Oversee proofing and validation of developed solutions before deployment. Manage the daily operations of the Zoho CRM and its suite of applications. Monitor system performance, address technical issues, and ensure data integrity. Maintain and update CRM workflows, automation rules, and configurations. Work closely with management team and other stakeholders to prioritise and deliver backlog of changes and enhancements. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non‑technical teams. Provide training and support to staff on new changes and CRM functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM‑related issues or user queries. Develop user guides and documentation for new features and processes.RequirementsProven experience as a Zoho CRM Developer and Development Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of CRM principles and business processes. Proficiency in Zoho CRM development, customization, and integration. Proven ability as a Zoho Developer; creating forms, code changes, testing, bug fixing, code integrity, rollout of Zoho changes. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
