Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Real Estate Agent based in Dubai, with partial flexibility to work remotely. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with property sales, purchases, and rentals, providing expert advice and guidance on the real estate market, and fostering strong customer relationships. Additional duties involve managing communications between parties, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Current Real Estate License or certification required to operate in Dubai.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property management.
  • Strong Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close transactions effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities, including communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the UAE property market and RERA regulations is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant technology tools and platforms for real estate management.
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are advantageous.
