As a Real Estate Sales Agent with Gold Century, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and connecting buyers and sellers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and property value.
  • Showcasing and marketing properties to potential buyers.
  • Negotiating and closing real estate transactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai.
  • A valid Real Estate Broker or Salesperson License from RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property trends, and regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of successful property sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • A valid UAE driving license and access to your vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
