Role Description

This is a remote, contract-based role for a Partner specializing in Private Capital. The successful candidate will oversee business development efforts to attract and engage with accredited investors under Regulation D offerings. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating investor relationships, training prospective clients on private capital investment strategies, conducting financial and market analyses, and collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver innovative financial solutions. Additionally, the individual will provide strategic insights to drive the firm's growth while maintaining compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and clients
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting principles as they apply to private capital markets
  • Experience in Training others on investment advisory processes, tools, and strategies
  • Expertise in Business Development to drive client acquisition and establish mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Proficiency in compliance with regulatory requirements and a strong understanding of private investment vehicles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced finance certifications (e.g., CFA or CPA) preferred
  • Independent work ethic and the ability to excel in a fully remote environment
