As
Chef de Partie
, you will take ownership of a dedicated station and help deliver the culinary artistry our guests love. You will consistently prepare dishes to the highest standards while collaborating with our Head and Sous Chefs to bring creativity and flair to every menu item.
This role requires passion, exceptional attention to detail, and a drive to continuously elevate our food experience. You are not just cooking — you are crafting moments of delight.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Quality Control
- Produce and maintain top-tier food quality across all service outlets
- Consistently follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
- Ensure timely readiness of menu items prior to service
- Taste and adjust dishes daily to guarantee flavor accuracy and excellence
Station Management
- Set up and organize assigned station with full mise-en-place
- Arrange sauces, garnishes, and accompaniments efficiently
- Properly store, cover, label, and rotate all food items
- Follow correct closing procedures and daily checklists
Inventory & Operational Support
- Monitor stock and report shortages proactively
- Ensure no unauthorized items are received during purchasing
- Safeguard equipment by using tools per manufacturer instructions
- Assist Head Chef with operational requirements and additional duties as assigned
Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to Health & Safety and food handling standards
- Keep storage areas tidy and properly maintained
- Return used utensils to designated cleaning areas promptly
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum
2 years' experience
in a professionally structured kitchen (preferably premium dining) - Culinary Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Thrives in a fast-paced and guest-centric hospitality environment
- Calm under pressure, disciplined, and quality-driven
- Strong communicator with a positive and collaborative approach
- Physical stamina to perform at a high standard over long service hours
Working Conditions
- Full-time on-site role in Dubai
- 6-day work week, including weekends and peak holidays
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-changing service rhythms and activations
