About This Opportunity
Job Profile Commercial Coordinator:
A vacancy has arisen within our Commercial team in Dubai Plant for a
Commercial Coordinator
, Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for supporting the commercial activities and ensure that customer requirements are met alongside our Business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who possesses a pro-active approach to gain experience in a multinational organisation.

Your mission in Crown
Your Key Areas Of Responsibility Will Include

• Coordinate the achievement of sales for Export customers including invoicing and financial matters
• Issuance and follow up of Pro-forma Invoices
• Full follow up on the letters of credit/amendments and ensure they are received from the export customers on time for production.
• Management of Inter company supplies and related forecast along with Commercial Manager
• Obtain and maintain monthly label and size wise forecasts from the customers.
• Conduct demand planning considering the customer forecast & orders
• Production scheduling in line with sales/customers' requirements and production department.
• Issue weekly & monthly reports as required
• Full understand & implementation of CEC & BRC Systems.
• Maintain SOX documents as per department requirements
• Manage administrative requirements of commercial department as required
• Maintain an active list of Artworks and coordinate them with customers, studio and production.
• Create and maintain item list for the products.
• Ensure that the artworks are correct and the Job Ticket complete in all aspects before authorizing production.
• Managing the communication between MENA Studio and Customers and/or their graphic agencies.
• Analyse the market data along with the Commercial Manager.

About You
The successful candidate will held a University degree from an accredited University, preferably in Business or Engineering and will have 3 to 4 years' experience in Commerial and/or Planning in B2B (preference might be given to candidates with Beverage or Packaging industry background.

He/She will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to influence key stake holders when required.

He/She will also require to be proficient in using the MS Office suit with Excel skills at an intermediate level as a minimum, have excellent analytical skills and a logical approach to workload.

He/She will have the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, have the sense of priorities and work autonomously whilst being a key member of a small team.

He/She will have a positive and solution oriented approach.

SAP experience is a plus.
