Full-Time Civil Engineering Lecturers
to deliver academic modules in compliance with
CAA and/or KHDA standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver assigned Civil Engineering modules as per CAA / KHDA-approved curricula
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and course files aligned with learning outcomes
  • Conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions according to the approved academic timetable
  • Evaluate student performance and provide timely academic feedback
  • Maintain academic documentation in line with quality assurance and accreditation requirements
  • Participate in curriculum development, assessment moderation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support audits, programme reviews, and regulatory inspections
  • Contribute to academic advising, student support, and institutional activities

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory as per CAA / KHDA regulations)
  • Prior teaching experience in CAA / KHDA / accredited institutions preferred
  • Relevant industry experience is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
  • Ability to deliver outcome-based education aligned with regulatory standards
