**Responsibilities**:

- Developing instructional materials such as lecture notes, handouts, and homework assignments
- Teach assigned courses in a student-centered environment that promotes learning, critical thinking, and engagement with course material
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that respects the diversity of students’ backgrounds and experiences
- Hold office hours to provide students with individualized attention and support
- Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently, providing timely feedback that promotes learning and growth
- Teaching students about Business Environment, Academic proposal marketing, people management, finance, enterprise and other business topics
- Providing academic advising to students on their course of study or career plans

**Requirements**:

- Education: Business Lecturers with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA).
- Training and Experience: Have extensive training in Business field. Worked in a business setting or taught courses in business administration.
- Certification & License: Teaching Certifications is not a mandatory requirement but preferable.
