Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah for a Sales Person for Travels. The Sales Person will be responsible for assisting clients in booking travel services, including flights, accommodations, and holiday packages, while maintaining excellent customer service. The role encompasses providing tailored travel solutions, following up on client inquiries, maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include staying updated on travel industry trends and effectively communicating offers and promotions to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including client relationship management and the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • In-depth understanding of travel bookings, flight arrangements, and holiday package planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems, software, and online platforms
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of UAE travel regulations, visa procedures, and local tourism trends is an advantage
  • Familiarity with using WhatsApp or other quick messaging platforms for customer support
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred

motivated and customer-focused Travel Agency Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle airline ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages
  • Assist clients with visas, travel insurance, and travel documentation
  • Provide accurate travel information, fares, and itineraries
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Ensure excellent customer service before and after travel

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
