About the Company
: Lead and manage business support and office control functions across Public Marine Facilities (PMF). Ensure smooth execution of administrative operations, document management, office logistics, and internal coordination. Oversee internal communication, reporting, compliance documentation, and interface with enabling departments to ensure efficient support services and full control of PMF's business and office management needs.

Responsibilities
:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day business support and administrative operations within the PMF division.
  • Ensure effective office management including space allocation, supplies, correspondence, and staff logistical support.
  • Control document flow, records management, filing systems, and implementation of standardized formats across PMF.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT to support internal service requests and align on departmental needs.
  • Prepare, review, and submit internal reports, presentations, memos, and correspondence on behalf of the PMF management team.
  • Support in scheduling, follow-up, and documentation of internal and external meetings including MoMs and action logs.
  • Maintain and monitor central trackers covering invoices, contracts, circulars, KPIs, and project-related deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and guidelines relating to administration and office management.
  • Maintain and monitor PMF team KPIs.
  • Facilitate communication between PMF management and internal/external stakeholders for operational and support-related matters.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent English & Arabic skills.
  • 8–10 years of experience in office management, administration, or business support roles.
  • Experience in business operations, documentation control, and office coordination.
  • Strong exposure to administrative systems and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with internal control procedures and governance support.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-departmental environments.
