Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly efficient Handover Manager or Project Manager (Handover) to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, Dubai-based position.

The Handover Manager will be responsible for overseeing the critical final stages of construction projects, ensuring a seamless transition from construction completion to occupancy. This role involves managing snagging, testing and commissioning, particularly MEP systems, final documentation, and client orientation. The position plays a key role in ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction across large-scale residential and commercial developments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management capabilities, effective stakeholder coordination, risk management expertise, and a thorough understanding of construction processes within the fast-paced UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the final delivery of projects, including high-rise buildings and luxury residential communities, ensuring completion within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


• Coordinate and liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.


• Oversee MEP system testing, commissioning, snagging, and de-snagging activities.


• Ensure all handover documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.


• Manage customer interactions, including handling queries and complaints, and conduct property handover and orientation sessions.


• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment standards, as well as all applicable regulations and authority requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. A Master's degree is preferred.


• Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction or real estate industry, with proven expertise in project handover.


• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.


• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, time management, problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail
