Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily restaurant operations

Deliver the highest standards of service and guest courtesy at all times

Lead by example on the floor, ensuring consistent execution of the sequence of service

Identify and drive training needs aligned with brand and service standards

Supervise and guide service teams during service periods

Anticipate guest needs and manage expectations with precision and professionalism

Provide detailed recommendations and specialist advice on food and beverage offerings

Handle guest feedback and service recovery in a calm and effective manner

Maintain smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams

Ensure service areas are prepared and maintained to fine dining standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations

At least 2 years of experience as a Captain or Supervisor in a fine dining environment

Proven background in Michelin-star or Michelin-level restaurants

Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest engagement

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant setting

Professional presence with strong attention to detail and service consistency
