Job Summary:
ALFIRAS is hiring a General Accountant for our site operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing site accounts, payables, and VAT compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle site accounting, payables, petty cash, and supplier reconciliation.
Prepare daily/monthly site expense reports and track project costs.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and company accounting policies.
Coordinate with project and head office teams for reporting and consolidation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred).
3–5 years' experience in contracting/construction (UAE mandatory).
Strong in payables management, VAT, and Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be currently based in the UAE and willing to work on-site.
