Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for Early Years Teachers. The responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, and promoting the overall development of young children. Teachers will collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively with families, and support children in their growth through secure and meaningful interactions that prioritize emotional and social development.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences
  • Effective Teaching and Training abilities to inspire young learners and support their development
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and children effectively
  • Experience in early years Education or related fields, with a strong understanding of child development
  • A valid teaching qualification (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or equivalent)
  • A passion for creating inclusive learning environments and nurturing children's emotional and social growth
  • Experience in creating supportive and developmentally appropriate classroom environments
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially Arabic, are advantageous
