  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (databases, files, e-commerce platforms).
  • Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for operations, marketing, finance, and customer analytics.
  • Design and maintain data models in Power BI, including fact/dimension tables and relationships.
  • Write DAX measures and calculated columns to support business metrics analysis.
  • Monitor key operational metrics such as delivery performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze seasonal food trends and customer purchasing patterns.
  • Track marketing campaign performance and customer acquisition funnels.
  • Support demand forecasting for specialty food items.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards for order volume, customer retention, and delivery efficiency.
  • Assist senior analysts with data requests and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
  • Document data models, business logic, and reporting guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role (preferably e-commerce, retail, or delivery).
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop (data modeling, DAX, visualizations, report building).
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and KPI frameworks.
  • Experience with e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, CLV, and order frequency.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain analytics.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, workspaces, scheduled refresh).
  • Python for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Big Query).
  • Understanding of ETL concepts or data integration workflows.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or other digital marketing tools.
  • Background in food delivery, e-commerce, or retail analytics.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, RFM analysis, or A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and row-level access control.
