What You'll Do

  • Coordinate directly with
    vendors and suppliers
    — source, negotiate, and follow up until every quote, material, and service is confirmed.
  • Compile and compare
    vendor quotes
    to ensure the best value and reliability.
  • Find and onboard new suppliers
    who can deliver on quality, timelines, and professionalism.
  • Assist in
    event planning logistics
    — from setup timelines to technical and production checklists.
  • Handle
    on-site coordination
    and act as the bridge between vendors, clients, and the internal team.
  • Identify and
    analyze gaps
    in coordination, ensuring potential issues are resolved before they escalate.
  • Maintain organized project documentation using our
    systems and processes
    (no random spreadsheets flying around).
  • Support project managers in
    execution and communication
    , ensuring seamless delivery.

Who You Are

  • You bring
    3–5 years of hands-on experience managing corporate events in the UAE
    , with a strong understanding of local vendors, venues, and on-ground execution.
  • Exceptionally strong in time management and able to juggle multiple moving parts without losing your sanity.
  • Proactive and solution-driven — you don't wait for instructions when you can fix the problem yourself.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams and vendors.
  • Possess solid communication and negotiation skills — you know how to get things done without burning bridges.
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage coordination tools, documents, and timelines remotely.
  • Passionate about events and experiences — you genuinely enjoy the buzz, the pace, and the satisfaction of seeing it all come together.

Work Model

  • Hybrid role:
    work from anywhere with a laptop and stable internet.
  • Office day:
    every Wednesday (subject to change based on project needs).
  • On-site & after-hours work:
    expected during event setups, breakdowns, and key weekends.
  • Location:
    UAE-based, with flexibility for meetings or site visits when required.
