Key Responsibilities: Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with brand design for executive-level consumption, particularly for both web and mobile devices. Mobile and Web Compatibility: Focused on optimizing Power BI dashboards for both mobile and web use, ensuring seamless access to real-time data and insights for top-level executives, particularly CEOs, across platforms, on-the-go or in-office. Data Modelling & Visualization: Perform complex data modelling, designing efficient and scalable data models for accurate reporting. Create visually appealing dashboards using best practices in data visualization, supporting strategic decision- making for senior leadership. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear technical specifications. Provide insights into business performance and strategic goals. Data Accuracy & Integrity: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data through thorough data validation and cleansing processes. Monitor and improve data quality to maintain reliable reporting. ETL & Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain ETL processes for seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into Power BI. Ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines for decision-making. SQL Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning to ensure the speed and reliability ofdashboards. System Integration: Integrate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other CRM platforms to enrich business insights and enhance reporting capabilities. Team Leadership: Take ownership of projects, delivering tasks without supervision while effectively delegating work to team members and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables. Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, business stakeholders, and senior executives to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Power BI development, data analytics, and dashboard design, with a strong focus on mobile-first and web solutions for C-suite executives. Expertise in Power BI: Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, report/dashboard design, and advanced visualization techniques tailored for executive users. Mobile and Web Dashboard Design: Experienced in creating Power BI reports optimized for both mobile and web compatibility, ensuring ease of use for executive teams across devices (tablets, smartphones, desktops). Strong SQL Skills: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. Microsoft Dynamics 365 & AWS: Extensive experience integrating data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Power BI, along with utilizing AWS services for cloud- based data storage and analysis. Data Engineering: Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management to streamline data workflows for real-time reporting. Leadership & Delegation: Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and ensure the successful completion of high-priority projects on time. Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate their needs into actionable data solutions. Certification like PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) is a plus.
