Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engineering methodologies and solutions to address ICT and ELV challenges in infrastructure projects
  • Design comprehensive ICT, ELV, security systems, and scalable technology frameworks
  • Conduct gap analysis, security risk assessments, and prepare concept, schematic, detailed, tender, and IFC documentation as per SIRA and Dubai Police regulations
  • Upload CCTV layouts to the SIRA SPC portal and coordinate with authorities for approvals and NOCs
  • Engage with clients, project managers, and internal teams to capture requirements and deliver tailored design solutions
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, TIA/EIA, SIRA, and relevant local regulatory frameworks
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation including technical and commercial evaluations
  • Produce ICT, security, and telecom infrastructure drawings, including corridor and cross-section verification
  • Conduct technical reviews for compliance with codes, regulations, and engineering standards
  • Prepare scopes of work, RFPs, technical assessment reports, and tender clarifications
  • Review bidding documents, addendums, Q&A responses, and post-tender clarifications
  • Evaluate IFC documents, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
  • Build strong working relationships with engineers, stakeholders, and client representatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ICT, ELV, and security system design
  • Strong background in fiber optic networks, duct networks, and security systems infrastructure
  • Experience managing ICT and security design on large infrastructure projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex ICT challenges
  • Excellent communication skills for presentations to clients and SIRA authorities
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or SIRA certification are advantageous
  • Proficiency in CAD and engineering-related software tools
