We are looking for a highly skilled and fully dedicated 3D Design Artist / Visualization Specialist with a strong interior design background and excellent material knowledge.

This is NOT a concept design role.

You will work on existing designs and deliver high-quality 3D visualizations, VR presentations, and technical visual outputs, in close coordination with our internal 3D Design team.

Key Software Requirements (Must-Have):


• SketchUp + Twinmotion (active use)


• V-Ray Presentation (very strong – mandatory)


• 3ds Max + Corona Renderer (expert level)


• Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D) + Grasshopper


• Lumion & Lumion Video


• Photoshop (Post-Production)

Key Responsibilities:


• Produce photorealistic 3D renders and presentations


• Prepare VR / walkthrough presentations


• Create Lumion videos for client presentations


• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Material Sheets


• Apply strong material knowledge to ensure realism and technical accuracy


• Work closely and coordinately with the 3D Design team


• Deliver projects with high attention to detail, motivation, and full dedication

• Excellent understanding of technical details and construction logic

• Able to handle high-end residential / commercial projects
