About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic 
Country Director
 to lead our real estate operations across the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic growth, business development, team leadership, and compliance, ensuring our brand becomes a trusted name in the UAE property market.

This is a key leadership role, requiring a balance of entrepreneurial drive, operational excellence, and strong market insight into UAE real estate dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's  
    strategic plan
       for the UAE market in alignment with global objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate professionals, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue  
    new business opportunities
     , partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Drive  
    sales growth
     , property listings, and customer acquisition through innovative marketing and digital strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with  
    RERA
       and other UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and operational performance.
  • Represent the company in key negotiations, industry events, and government or regulatory engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust business strategies proactively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 6–10 years
       of experience in real estate, including at least  
    3–5 years in a senior leadership role
       within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and local market trends.
  • Proven track record of  
    driving business growth and managing multi-site operations
     .
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
