Job Summary;
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor who can lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate must be Russian-speaking, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee service standards, staff coordination, and overall restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain high service quality
- Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to ensure excellent guest experience
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for seamless workflow
- Monitor table service, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards
- Train new staff on service protocols and brand standards
- Assist with scheduling, floor planning, and task delegation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE food safety regulations
- Oversee cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to join immediately (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
