Summary:

We are looking for a DHA-licensed Staff Nurse to join our wellness team. This role involves supporting patient consultations, therapies, minor procedures, and care coordination while upholding the highest clinical, safety, and service standards. You will assist physicians, manage clinical documentation, educate patients, and help maintain operational flow in line with DHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments, triage, and record vitals and history
  • Assist doctors during consultations and therapy sessions
  • Administer medications, injections, and monitor for reactions
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle recommendations
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation as per DHA guidelines
  • Ensure infection control, PPE compliance, and clinical area hygiene
  • Support inventory checks, emergency response, and team communication
  • Uphold patient satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN)
  • Valid DHA license to practice in Dubai
  • Valid BLS/ACLS certifications
  • 0-2 years UAE experience in outpatient/inpatient care
  • Strong assessment skills, knowledge of DHA/JCI standards, and EMR proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration, and patient education abilities
  • Flexible with shifts, weekends, and emergency protocols
  • Fluency in English

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Arabic (advantageous)
  • Experience in wellness or preventive care settings
